Photographs/Images for your site
Simply
provide us with your pictures, preferably on CD, and we will do the
rest. If you don't have pictures in digital format, most film
processors and photographers can now provide images on CD at very little
extra cost. We are able to scan non-digital images, although this
will cost slightly more if a lot of images are used.
Photos used can be
obtained from
professional photographers, your own pictures, or from other
sources.

Images
used on your website will be low resolution versions of your pictures, to
reduce download times and storage space.
Depending on the number
of pictures you have, pictures can be displayed as static albums or slide
shows. Small video clips can also be included, depending on the size
of site you choose.

You
may need to check with professional photographers on their copyright rules
and regulations. We are happy to give them a mention and an
advertising link from your site if required. It is possible to
protect images, or to 'watermark' them with copyright information if
necessary.

Site Access Disclaimer
If we are finding web
hosting for your site, your site will be registered to you
personally and be owned by you*. During the initial setup period we
will need control over the site, so passwords will be changed so
that only we have access to change it. Once the site is up and
running and you no longer need our services, you will be notified of the
password and will be supplied a copy of the site on CD. Whilst we
will be happy to help you out after this, we cannot take responsibility
for changes you make to the site once we have given you the password.

Web Hosting Disclaimer
Whilst we will
endeavour to find a suitable hosting package to suit your needs, we cannot
be held responsible for any down time, loss of email service or data on
the part of the hosting company. The hosting contract is between
yourselves and the host provider and in taking the service you agree to
any terms and conditions that they may impose. Sites hosted on our
webspace are subject to you agreeing to the terms and conditions of our
hosting provider, a copy of which will be made available to you.

responsible for their service. Where appropriate, we reserve the
right to add links to advertise such third party software where used.
